Cancellation(/Revocation) Policy

1. Right to Cancel(/Revoke)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 10 days of the order being placed without giving any reason. Once received if you need to return the order please contact [email protected] and send the order back within 7 business days of receipt and please provide the reason you are requesting a return.

If your order has shipped or has been picked up locally a refund will be issued within 10 business days of the item being received back (in physical possession so that the return may be inspected). *It is up to the discretion of Breath of Life Style if the return can be processed as it must be in the same condition sent and be able to be resold.

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period will expire after 10 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract prior to the order being shipped, we will refund all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case. 

6. Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

7. Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 7 business days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 7 business days has expired.

8. Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In addition shipping will not be refunded for orders that are returned after receipt.

9. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
